Principal Consultant:
Lindsay Vollmar
As a results-driven operations professional, I specialize in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), with a focus on demand/supply balancing and scheduling in diverse tech-based organizations. My passion lies in leveraging analytics and people-centric approaches to streamline operations, reduce waste and improve sustainability metrics, foster collaboration, and align sales and operations plans with overarching business goals.
With a track record of implementing new IBP and S&OP processes in seven different organizations across various industries, I bring a wealth of experience in new process development and implementation, MRP system use, resource planning, and data analytics for business decision-making. From startups like SpaceX and Rivian, to Fortune 500 corporations like Owens Corning and L3 Harris, and other organizations in between, I have a breadth of experience working at companies of varying stage of growth and with varying product portfolios. I am adept at change management and have a proven ability to drive cross-functional process improvements that result in tangible benefits.
My approach is to act as a catalyst for the change you want to see in your operations by being a partner in driving action and implementation (rather than just being an advisor).
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and am certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through ASCM (APICS). To further my knowledge in the sustainability realm, I am pursuing a Masters of Science in Sustainable Engineering from Villanova University.
